Controversy Trails Confirmation Of IVD’s HIV Status

The HIV status of popular auto dealer, Ikechukwu Ogbonna also known as IVD has finally been confirmed following a test at a leading Lagos hospital putting to controversy earlier assertions made about his health.

The test conducted on October 16, 2022 followed insinuations made by relatives of his late wife, Bimbo that IVD was an AIDS patient.

GWG.NG reports that concern on the HIV status of IVD forced some celebrities including Mercy Eke and entrepreneur Tasha Amos who were linked to him to also release their HIV status reports.

Bimbo’s brother, Oyindamola Martins, had alleged that IVD was HIV positive also saying that he was responsible for the shooting that took place at a Lagos Night club in the presence of Burna Boy.

The security team of the musician had until then been largely held as being responsible for the shooting incident.

Oyinamola Martins had also accused IVD of being responsible for the death of his sister, Bimbo.

Controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo who had recently blamed members of Bimbo’s family for intervening unnecessarily into her marriage with IVD has now posted evidence of his HIV status which she affirmed proves that the auto-dealer is HIV negative.

She has uploaded online a confirmation of the HIV status of IVD following a test that was allegedly performed on IVD at Clear View Hospital on October 16, 2022.

Kemi Olunloyo while sharing the results online said:

“I obtained permission to post car mogul (IVD) Ikechukwu Darrius Ogbonna’s HIV Test of October 16th 2022 that I spoke about earlier. Apparently late Bimbo’s friends were spreading around the rumors she said on a video he posted. He doesn’t have HIV virus. The 6 in the 16 is tucked in the doctor’s signature. It was not done on the 10th.”

GWG.NG reports that Bimbo had in the events leading to her death serially accused her husband of sleeping with many ladies in the Lekki area and if it is true, the confirmation of the HIV Status of IVD would be a relief to many of the alleged Lekki ladies.
