Confusion Trails Reports Davido’s Son, Ifeanyi Drowned In Swimming Pool Incident

Controversy over the fate of Master Ifeanyi Adeleke, son of popular music icon, David Adeleke aka Davido was deepening early on Tuesday after reports that the three year old boy had drowned in a swimming pool in the family house in Lagos.

GWG.NG reports that initial reports were that the boy was rushed to the Lagoon Hospital where he was reportedly confirmed dead.

However, there have also been new reports that the lad is not dead and was still under intensive care in the hospital.

Davido and his fiancee and mother of the baby, Chioma were said to have travelled to Ibadan and had left the baby in the hands of domestic aides.

On social media many have expressed condolence to Davido after initial reports that Ifeanyi drowned in the swimming pool incident. However, some were tweeting early in the morning that Ifeanyi was still being treated with hopes for his survival.

GWG.NG reports that the incident has whatever, drawn sympathy to Davido. However, with the family yet to issue a statement on the development many were still hopeful that the boy who is the first male child from the music icon would bounce to life.
