Husband Gives Touching Message As Wife Who Died Chasing Him And Side Chic Is Buried

Mrs Clara Bassey, the Calabar based lawyer who died chasing her husband and his side-chic has been buried amid an outpouring of grief from friends and family with the husband seeing her off with the message, Farewell My Cla-Cla.

GWG.NG had reported how Mrs Bassey had reportedly been intimated by a friend that her husband who was supposed to have travelled out of town was spotted at a departmental store in the city with a side-chic.

Mrs Bassey was said to have stormed the departmental store and the husband on sighting her approach was said to have made a dash for the exit forcing the wife to make a pursuit.

Mrs Bassey’s car was said to have veered off the Murtala Muhammed Highway in Calabar and into a ditch during the hot chase leading to the accident that consumed her life.

Mr Sunny Bassey reportedly on sighting the accident was said to have dashed back and made a dash to save the wife of his wife in the hospital but it was to no avail as the wife did not recover.

Associates claimed that the husband was sobered by the accident and become depressed by the death of the wife who was reportedly buried at Old Residency Museum, Calabar, on Saturday, 19 November 2022.

The details of the burial of the female lawyer were not given especially given the circumstances of her death that she died chasing her husband and his side chic.
