Tinubu bullion vans missed

The organizing secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Lagos State, Comrade Adewale Ayodele has said that the bullion vans that were spotted in the Bourdillion Road residence of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on the eve of the 2019 Presidential election missed their way.

Ayodele, a former student activist and chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area in Lagos State made the assertion in an interview.

Speaking in an interview on Arise News Television he poohpoohed the claim by Tinubu following the incident that the money belonged to him and that nobody could tell him how to us his money.

GWG.ng reports that Ayodele is a close associate of Tinubu’s and had in the recent past claimed that Tinubu as president would make the naira equal to the dollar.

Appearing on the Arise News’ The Morning Show, he said:

“That matter has been put to rest. The bullion van that even came missed their address to have come there. They missed their address to come there.

“I was in the house on that very day. The bullion van missed the address to have come there.”

Challenged by his Arise News presenters that Tinubu owned up to the money in the bullion vans, Ayodele said:

“He said that jokingly. It was a joking statement.

“There are some companies that have high staff that pay their staff with cash. That bullion van missed its way there. It was not invited by Asiwaju or anybody else.”

GWG.ng reports that the assertion by Ayodele that the bullion vans missed their way to Tinubu’s house is igniting strong comments online.
