Breaking: INEC Returns Labour’s Otti Winner Of Abia Governorship Poll

Dr Alex Otti the governorship candidate of the Labour Party, LP has been declared governor-elect of Abia State setting history as the party won the first governorship contest in the country.

GWG.ng reports that Labour Party was returned as winner of the election at the end of the collation on Wednesday evening following the addition of the result of Obingwa Local Government Area by the returning officer of the LGA.

The Returning officer of the state, Prof. Nnena Oti declared the result as follows:
