Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu, has stirred controversy on social media after calling out actress Omotola Jalade over her recent wedding anniversary photos.

The actress had taken to social media to celebrate her 27 years of marriage to her husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde, with a series of steamy bedroom photos.

In a post on his Instagram page, Uche criticized Omotola’s choice of attire, describing it as “preposterously inappropriate.”

He urged her to celebrate her wedding anniversary in a way that would please God and respect African culture and Christian marital values.

“Congratulations on your 27th wedding anniversary, Aunty Omotola, but celebrating with photos without dress is preposterously inappropriate,” Uche wrote.

“You are a senior colleague in Nollywood, and my respect for you is so much, but this is so unnecessary and ridiculous. Let us respect our African culture and Christian marital values in all we do. 27 years inside marriage is wonderful and great to celebrate.”

The post has generated mixed reactions from fans and followers of both actors.
