Davido’s Babymama, Sophia Momodu Calls Out Irresponsible Fathers

First baby mama of Nigerian singer Davido, Sophia Momodu has called out men who don’t give financial support to their ex-spouse, especially when the crashed marriage or relationship produced children.

She said there should be a “special place in hell for people who intentionally punish innocent children.”

Sophia Momodu stated this in a series of tweets on her Twitter account.

She pointed out that it has been almost a year that she has been keeping quiet about the issue, adding that “enough is enough.”

Sophia faulted the laws in Nigeria for not making enough provision for the protection of women and children in divorce and break-up situations.

She wrote, “Only in Nigeria! The laws don’t protect women or children & the men just do the absolute most! My goodness the whole system just stinks!”

She added, “Why should it be ok for a man to force a woman to handle his responsibilities as a father simply because the woman chooses to move forward & refuses to look back?”
