Seun Kuti Updates Profile With Prison Title

Popular afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti and the youngest son of the Afrobeat pioneer, Fela Anikulapo Kuti has updated his Instagram profile to reflect his title in Panti prison.

This is coming days after his release from police detention.

Recall that the singer was arraigned before the Lagos State magistrate’s court and detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, in Panti, Yaba, for assaulting a police officer.

A recent check on Saturday showed the musician updating his official Instagram page to reflect the titles he acquired during his detention in prison.

Taking to his profile to describe himself, Seun wrote: “Senior Marshall, Cell One. Panti.”
