Mutfwang To Children On The Plateau: Hope Is Coming

Plateau state governor-elect, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, has pledged to renew the hope of children in the state by building a new Plateau where they can realise their dreams and purposes in life.

Barr. Mutfwang stated this in a message to mark the 2023 Children’s Day.

While congratulating children on their special day, Mutfwang also promised to create a conducive environment for children, especially the less privileged, to pursue their dreams and aspirations to enable them contribute to the development of the state and the country as a whole.

The governor-elect described children as special gifts from God, who deserve distinctive parental and societal support to enable them climb to the top of their chosen careers.

He said parents were expected to provide care, encouragement, support and ensure that they train their children to grow in the way of the Lord so that they can impact the society meaningfully.

Mutfwang said his policy thrust which is premised on “The Time Is Now”, seeks to reinvigorate the educational sector and ensure optimal performance of children for the realisation of a progressive Plateau.

He added that there would be renewed hope, commitment and deliberate steps for children to grow in the state. (NAN)
