Mourinho UEFA ban

The Legendary coach Jose Mourinho has again received a huge slap from UEFA as he is now banned for four UEFA matches after his abusive comments to Anthony Taylor at the Europa League final.

During the Europa league final against Sevilla, the Roma coach got too emotional but also shocked by the officiating referee’s call during the game. The Roma coach expected some calls from the ref to be in his team’s favour which went other ways but he failed to stay professional and accept whatever call came from the ref Anthony Taylor.

This spooked reactions during the game with the most notable around the 80th minute. A handball was claimed to have happened but the officiating referee Anthony Taylor gave a call against the claim, claiming it not be a handball as it was deemed to be.

The game was judged by a penalty shootout after 90th minutes of play resulted in a 1-1 draw, courtesy of goals from P. Dybala and an own goal from G. Mancini as the shootouts went in Favour of Sevilla, ending in a 4-1.

Jose Mourinho will now be absent in what would prove to be his next four games as things stand following the UEFA ban. The Roma Coach may now need to take a seat in order to absorb the cautionary tale at hand.
