Tinubu’s Main Comedian Says No To Presidential Yacht
Comedian Seyi Law, a vocal supporter of the Tinubu-led regime, has openly criticized the decision to allocate 5 billion Naira for the purchase of a presidential yacht.
Seyi Law, who has been a staunch advocate for the administration, expressed his disappointment, labeling the move as insensitive given the current economic challenges faced by Nigerians.
In a recent statement, Seyi Law questioned the wisdom behind investing in a presidential yacht while many citizens are struggling to survive amidst economic hardships. He urged President @officialABAT to reconsider the decision, emphasizing the need for the government to prioritize the welfare of its people over luxury expenditures.
“I am absolutely not in support of the procurement of the presidential yacht. It is quite insensitive to the plight of Nigerians at this moment to even rationalize it. I call on the president, @officialABAT, to once again prove to Nigerians that he listens. Thank you, your Excellency,” Seyi Law remarked in flaying the plans for the presidential yacht.
His outspoken stance reflects the growing concern among the public regarding the allocation of funds for luxury items amidst challenging times, sparking a wider conversation about government priorities and responsible financial management.
