In a deeply emotional and heart-wrenching incident, a 44-year-old man named Mr. Kola Arike from Ikire, Osun State, found himself shattered after discovering through a DNA test that none of his four children were biologically his. The devastating revelation came to light during a paternity test conducted on all the children.

Mr. Kola and his wife, Toyin Arike, shared a family consisting of Ayomide, 16, Sarah, 12, and two other children aged 8 and 5 years. To settle the uncertainty about the children’s paternity, a DNA test was performed at the DDC DNA Diagnostic Center in Alakoko, Osogbo.

The results were nothing short of a nightmare for Mr. Kola, as they revealed that he was not the biological father of any of the four children. This shocking revelation left him in tears, grappling with the overwhelming pain of betrayal and deceit.

In response to the results, Toyin vehemently denied their accuracy, expressing disbelief and claiming she was unaware of the samples taken during the test. She protested, saying, “I don’t accept the result. I don’t accept it because I was not there when they took samples and I don’t know which sample they took, so, I don’t accept it. I can’t accept it because I know how I conceived those children.”
