Renowned Nigerian comedian, actor, and producer Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, has taken to his social media platform to lament deep concern about the worsening state of Nigeria.

In a post on his Instagram page, AY shared his disappointment, stating that he grew up with the hope that Nigeria would get better, but unfortunately, as he enters his fifties, the country seems to be deteriorating.

AY questioned the Groundhog Day existence in Nigeria, emphasizing the disheartening reality that despite the passage of time, things remain largely unchanged. He specifically highlighted the challenge of having wages insufficient to cover the basic cost of living in the country.
