Actor, Amaechi Mounagor Down With Stroke – Cousin

Tony Muonagor, cousin to Nollywood actor Amaechi Mounagor, has revealed that the actor is currently battling kidney disease, diabetes, and stroke.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, Tony emphasized that Amaechi had been managing the conditions for years, with the family bearing the financial burden. He noted that a recent stroke has exacerbated the actor’s situation, making it more serious.
Tony shared a picture taken two weeks ago during his visit to Amaechi at the Nnewi Teaching Hospital. Initially, he intended to quietly assist, but he decided to make the post to provide clarity to friends, fans, and the online community about Amaechi’s health challenges.
He clarified Amaechi’s familial relationship, asserting that Amaechi is his first cousin, emphasizing their close bond. Tony expressed gratitude for the support from fans, friends, and various groups contributing to Amaechi’s hospital bills.
While acknowledging some improvement in Amaechi’s condition, he highlighted the ongoing treatments, including weekly dialysis, physiotherapy, and other necessary medical interventions. Tony emphasized that sustained funding or donations are crucial for Amaechi’s full treatments and recovery.
