Davido Mum As Man Allegedly Sends Him ₦500,000 By Mistake

A Nigerian man identified as Adeleke583 revealed an unfortunate mistake where he accidentally transferred the sum of ₦500,000 to the Wema Bank account of popular artiste David Adeleke, widely known as Davido.

Taking to his social media page, Adeleke583 explained that he intended to make a transfer to a friend named David Adeleke but ended up sending the significant amount to another bank account with a similar name, which happened to be Davido’s.

In a plea for assistance, he addressed Davido in his post, saying, “Good day sir, Mr. David Adeleke @davido, I want to bring to your attention an issue. Please, I would like you to consider helping me. I mistakenly sent #500,000 naira to your Wema Bank account with this account number: 0123044967. This was supposed to be sent to a friend of mine who also goes by the name David Adeleke.”
