Jay Boogie Addresses Scam Allegations, After BBL-Induced Kidney Failure Scare

Controversial crossdresser, Jay Boogie, has returned to social media after the health scare that arose over his BBL surgery which led to a panic about the failure of his kidneys saying that his plea to the public was not an attempt to scam the public.

In a candid and detailed statement, Jay Boogie clarified that he never claimed to need a kidney transplant and that the rumors were not initiated by him.

He revealed that his health challenges began with a kidney injury resulting from the BBL surgery. To substantiate his account, he shared images from the surgical room and his challenging recovery process.

Jay Boogie narrated the distressing health scare of being unable to urinate for 12 hours post-surgery, leading to panic and an urgent referral to Lagoon Hospital on October 31, 2023. Despite undergoing a plasma exchange to address the issue, his condition did not improve.

Intense media scrutiny prompted Zenith Hospital, where he was admitted, to discharge him and recommend dialysis from home. Jay Boogie highlighted the mental toll of the controversy, including receiving death threats, which prompted him to take a break from social media for his mental well-being, supported by his family’s decision to ensure his privacy.

Categorically denying allegations of scamming the public, Jay Boogie affirmed that he suffered from sepsis and acute kidney injury, necessitating a period of dialysis. As of November 28, he happily announced his discharge and current recuperation, acknowledging ongoing medication but expressing optimism about his recovery.

Jay Boogie concluded his statement by expressing sincere gratitude to everyone who supported him financially and emotionally over the health scare.
