Priscilla Ojo, daughter of renowned Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, has taken to social media to express her disapproval of singer Naira Marley’s decision to sue her mother. The young Ojo questioned the singer’s motives behind instituting the lawsuit against her mother.

GWG.ng reports that Naira Marley recently threatened legal action against Iyabo Ojo, demanding a sum of N500 million in damages, an action that daughter, Priscilla debunked as audacious

The singer, through his counsel Olalekan Ojo (SAN) & Co., accused the actress of disseminating false and malicious content about him on her Instagram account. The legal notice highlighted Iyabo’s Instagram post from September 2023, where she allegedly accused Naira Marley of spiritually and physically manipulating the late singer Mohbad, also claiming he had caused mental harm to Mohbad.

Naira Marley insisted that Iyabo Ojo issue a public apology on her official Instagram account and in a national daily within seven days of receiving the letter, a demand that has drawn flak from Priscilla Ojo . Failure to comply would result in legal action and the demand for damages amounting to N500 million.

In response to this legal threat, Priscilla Ojo expressed shock at Naira Marley’s audacity to sue her mother.
