BBNaija Winner, Laycon Opens Up On When He Soaked Garri With Toilet Water!

Laycon, the celebrated winner of Big Brother Naija Lockdown Season 5, has opened up about a challenging period in his life, shedding light on a particularly difficult experience he faced in 2013.

In a candid revelation, Laycon recounted a time when he found himself in dire straits, devoid of resources and grappling with hunger. Reflecting on one of his lowest moments, Laycon revealed that he resorted to using toilet water to soak garri, a popular Nigerian staple, for sustenance.

“I was alone in my wing that weekend, and I was starving,” Laycon shared. “I wasn’t hungry o, I was starving.” With no sugar to sweeten the garri and lacking the means to purchase clean water, Laycon made the difficult decision to utilize sewage water from the hostel’s toilet tap to soak the garri.
