“He has the political will, and  courage to fulfill all  promises and ensure Nigeria does not remain the same.

She said that the meeting was an opportunity for her to give account of her  stewardship and to receive feedback from the people towards improving her performance as a representative of the constituency.

“Since taking the oath of office at the 10th Assembly,  I have  vigorously engaged in the three basic functions of the legislature: law making, oversight and representation.

“Together, we have made strides in  our federal constituency, but there is still much work to be done,” she said.

Highlighting some of her achievements since assuming office, Ogbara said that she had moved six motions and that  three of her bills were at second reading

Ojelabi thanked  the people of Kosofe for believing in  APC and for voting Ogbara ,saying he was glad the lawmaker was representing the constituency well.

“I am happy she has lived up to the expectation. Engaging the people and getting the feedback is very important.

“I want to say you have started very well. Please, continue to engage the people. Within six months, you have introduced six motions and have bills to change the lives of people.

“I commend you once again and I wish you all the best” he said .

On the economic challenges facing the nation, Ojelabi assured Nigerians that there would be light at the end of the tunnel.

He called on  religious leaders and all Nigerians  to pray for the success of the present administration and a better nation.

“It is so tough in town, there are so many issues, I want to urge our leaders, especially religious leaders ,to continue to pray for our dear President, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

“The hope will be renewed. Asiwaju is up to the task, continue to pray for him and by the grace of God, things will be better,” he added.

Ojelabi said that Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu  had started to empower the people of the state  to alleviate impact of the present economy on them.

“Those you have voted for know what you are passing through and they are working, let us be patient,” he said.
