Hardship: Oyedepo Announces Date For Distribution Of Relief Materials To Nigerians (Video)
The Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, David Oyedepo has announced the distribution of relief packages for distressed Nigerians facing the butt of economic hardship.
He made the announcement during the “Covenant Day of Business Breakthrough Service” on Sunday. Oyedepo revealed plans to distribute materials across 200 locations, with 40 primary centers. He emphasized the distribution’s commencement on Wednesday, urging those in need to avail themselves of the assistance, stating, “It is not a weakness to ask for help, it’s wisdom.”
Oyedepo outlined the distribution process, highlighting the acceptance of non-perishable food items for preservation until the distribution day. He encouraged generosity, specifying Saturday as the day for bringing contributions, emphasizing the importance of aiding those in need. Additionally, he assured provision for clothing, ensuring no one goes without basic necessities.
Acknowledging various means of support, Oyedepo mentioned financial contributions through designated accounts at zonal fellowship centers. He stressed the biblical principle of giving, quoting, “He that giveth to the needy shall not lack,” and encouraged joyful giving, emphasizing its transformative impact on both recipients and givers. Oyedepo concluded with a prayer, expressing hope that beneficiaries would become benefactors in the future.
