Ojukwu’s Will: Bianca Gushes For Joy Over Victory In 11-Year Court Case
Bianca Ojukwu, widow of the deceased Biafran leader, Odumegwu Ojukwu has gushed after she won the 11-year battle over his will.
GWG.ng reports that the court affirmed the last will of Dim Ojukwu following the dispute between her and some members of the family.
Ambassador Bianca Ojuwku who went to her Facebook Page express her joy said:
Presently at the High Court of Justice, Enugu where judgement has just been delivered in my favour as Trustee and Executor of the Will of Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu in Suit no.E/398/2013 , and validating the last wishes and testamentary dispositions of my late husband Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu who passed away on 26th November 2011.
The judgement also affirmed Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu’s position regarding those he acknowledged as his offspring.
My thanks go to God, who always shows up for me, and always on time; to my Lawyers, Barrister Emeka Onyemelukwe and Barr Ngozi Abafor; to Barr James Ezike, for staying the course through this case which has lasted 11 years, and to others, who, through their support and encouragement we have come this far.

GWG.ng reports that the other parties to the dispute over the will of Ojukwu have yet to give an indication as to their disposition on an appeal against the victory won by Bianca.
