Dollar Bribe Video: Kano Prepares 15 Witnesses Against Ganduje As Trial Commences After Sallah

National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, along with his wife, Professor Hafsat Ganduje, their son Umar Abdullahi, and six others, are expected to appear before a Kano State High Court on April 17, 2024, pending any last-minute changes.
A court summon, sighted by journalists in Kano, outlines that the former two-time governor of Kano State and the other seven respondents will face eight-count charges, including allegations of bribery, diversion, and misappropriation of funds.
The Kano State Government, acting as the plaintiff in the case, has prepared a lineup of 15 witnesses to provide testimony against the accused. Among the respondents named in the suit are Abubakar Bawuro, Jibrilla Muhammad, Lamash Properties Ltd, Safari Textiles Ltd, and Lesage General Enterprises.
Scheduled to take place before Justice Usman Malam Na’aba at the State High Court number four in Kano, the trial date of April 17, 2024, looms as a significant legal milestone in the ongoing proceedings.
