Nollywood Actor Laments Delay At Doha Airport Because Of His Nigerian Passport (Video)
Nollywood actor, Alesh Ola Sanni, has pleaded with Nigerians to stop spoiling the nation’s name after an ugly experience he had on his way from Lagos to Doha.
Alesh, who narrated his ordeal in a video he posted on his Instagram handle on Friday, lamented that he was delayed by a custom officer at the airport in Doha because he was a Nigerian.
In his words, “Just because you are hustling, please stop spoiling the name, ‘Nigeria’
I flew in from Lagos to Doha yesterday. I was cleared at the immigration.
“One Custom officer stopped me just because I was coming from Nigeria. This guy delayed me for about 13 minutes, just checking and checking me with different machines.
“He said he is so sorry to delay me that recently, Nigerians have been bringing in substances to Qatar. I was ashamed.”
