Justice Binta Under Fire After Upturning Supreme Court Decision On Nnamdi Kanu
Supporters of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu, have reacted after Justice Binta Nyako denied his bail application on the claim that he had previously jumped bail.
Gwg.ng reports that the detained IPOB leader caused an uproar at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday when he refused to submit himself for trial on terrorism charges.
This development eventually forced Justice Binta Fatimat Nyako to adjourn the trial to June 19 to calm the situation.
