Daddy Freeze Flays Angela Okorie For Hypocrisy Over Yul Edochie’s Stance On Junior Pope

Media personality Daddy Freeze has criticized Nollywood actress Angela Okorie for slamming Yul Edochie over his comments on Junior Pope’s death. Angela had described Yul as “wicked” for sharing his personal experience with Junior Pope, advising him to let the deceased rest in peace.

However, Daddy Freeze pointed out the irony in Angela’s statement, noting that she has been trending for days over Junior Pope’s death, yet is telling Yul to let him rest. “Even Angela sef no gree the guy rest” (Even Angela herself is not allowing the guy to rest), he wrote in a blog’s comment section.

This comes after Angela Okorie had been dragging Zubby Michael, Junior Pope’s former best friend, for not publicly mourning him. She accused Zubby of fighting to be the number one in the industry and slammed his appearance at the funeral, calling it propaganda. Angela also criticized Zubby’s outfit, comparing it to that of an occultist, and dragged him for gifting the family cash.

On Tuesday, Angela addressed Nigerians who attributed her outburst to a mental breakdown, stating that people are twisting her words to mean she is mad. She sent a message to Zubby and Mercy Johnson, accusing them of knowing only how to “kill and destroy” and urged them to continue paying people to tarnish her image, but vowed that her truth must be told.
