Hilarious Reactions As Super Falcons Star Learns Reintroduced National Anthem (video)
Captain of the women’s national football team, Super Falcons, Rasheedat Ajibade, has sparked hilarious reactions following a video she made, which captured her learning Nigeria’s reintroduced national anthem, “Nigeria, We Hail Thee.”
GWG.ng reports that President Bola Tinubu signed the bill for the return of the colonial-era national anthem to replace “Arise, O Compatriots” on Wednesday, sparking mixed reactions from Nigerians.
In a video shared on her TikTok handle late on Wednesday, Ajibade disclosed that she is already learning the anthem as she urged others to learn it too.
In the video, Ajibade was seen listening to the anthem as she tried to recite some parts of the lyrics.
In her caption, she wrote, “I don start to dey learn my own; I no fit argue abeg, as this one na him be naija problem now.”
