According to Funke, she met Dbanj at a club after the initial success of Jenifa, and he asked if she was working on another sequence. When she replied no, he was surprised and advised her to keep milking the brand, as it had the potential to bring her wealth and success. He even gifted her money to support the production of another sequence, which led to the creation of “Return of Jenifa.”

Funke praised Dbanj, calling him a movement and not just a musician, whose music has brought joy to many hearts. She also acknowledged his legacy, which will live on forever. “Dbanj, you’re more than just a musician, you’re a movement! Your music has brought joy to our hearts, and your legacy will live on forever,” she said.
