Strong Reactions As ‘Pastor’ Yul Edochie Warns Men Against Sleeping With Married Women (Video)
Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has sparked a heated debate online with his advice to men on sleeping with married women. After a brief hiatus from his ministry, Yul returned on Sunday with a stern warning to his fellow men, urging them to avoid engaging in extramarital affairs with married women.
In a statement that has garnered mixed reactions, Yul emphasized that men should only pursue relationships with women who are divorced or single, as sleeping with someone else’s wife can have devastating spiritual consequences. “Men, no matter how you like women, avoid sleeping with people’s wives. It is a destroyer and will weaken you spiritually,” he admonished.

However, Yul’s message has been met with accusations of hypocrisy, as many pointed out his own history of dating and marrying Judy Austin, who was still married to her ex-husband, Mr. Obasi, at the time. Mr. Obasi had previously spoken out about how Judy left him and their two children for Yul in 2012, and how he struggled to gain custody of their kids.
Judy has since denied allegations of cheating on her ex-husband, claiming that her first marriage was dissolved in 2013 and that she met Yul years later. However, the controversy surrounding Yul’s past has led many to question the sincerity of his message.

The timing of Yul’s advice has also raised eyebrows, as it comes just a day after a Nigerian prophet, Samuel King, warned Yul to reconcile with his estranged wife, May Edochie, or face impending doom. The prophet’s message has added fuel to the fire, with many speculating that Yul’s advice is directed at May’s alleged new boyfriend.
