Bwala Mocks Obidients With ‘Sleepless Nights’ Over Obasanjo’s Meeting With Remi Tinubu

Daniel Bwala has mocked 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi over the meeting between former President Olusegun Obasanjo and First Lady Remi Tinubu.

According to Bwala, the photograph showing Tinubu’s wife with Obasanjo would cause Obi considerable distress.

GWG.ng reports that Obasanjo met with Remi Tinubu in an interaction that has yet to be fully explained. This visit occurred just days after the former President was seen wearing a cap that contained an insigna of the Tinubu cap.

Despite both being from the Southwest, Obasanjo and President Bola Tinubu have almost always walked in different political paths.

During the 2023 presidential election, Obasanjo supported Obi, even after Tinubu and some Afenifere leaders sought his endorsement.

Reacting to the recent meeting between Obasanjo and Remi Tinubu, Bwala noted that several Pentecostal bishops have also withdrawn their support for Obi.

Posting on X, Bwala wrote: “This picture would give sleepless night to Mr P alias “Greengory.’ @PeterObi.

“I personally know of three prominent Pentecostal Bishops that have also abandoned him and his ‘take back your country hate speech”

“My big uncle Pat Utomi would soon abandon him too. Mark my words.”

GWG.ng reports that the mockery of Obi by Bwala has yet to resonate with President Obasanjo who has kept everyone in suspense over his meeting with Mrs Tinubu.
