Popular Nollywood actress, Ruby Ojiakor started the new month in style by acquiring a brand new car worth millions. She shared photos of her new whip on Instagram, expressing gratitude to God for making it possible.

Ruby had taken a break from social media for a month to mourn the death of her close friend and colleague, Junior Pope. When she returned in May, she questioned God over his death and prayed for his killers. She also called out Baba Rex and Adanma Luke, the producer of the movie that claimed his life, for their insensitive behavior.

Adanma responded, hinting at an intimate relationship between Ruby and Junior Pope, leading to a fallout between Ruby Ojiakor and Junior Pope’s wife, Jennifer Awele, who unfollowed her on social media.

Despite the controversy, Ruby marked Junior Pope’s one-month remembrance after his burial, declaring that he would forever be in her heart and telling him to rest in peace.

Actor Stanley Nwoko showed his support for Ruby Ojiakor promising to stand by her anytime and assuring her of his love. He encouraged her to be real and not live a fake life, and not to let anyone dictate how she should mourn Junior Pope.
