Outrage As Videos Of Asaba Teenage Hook-Up Girls Trend

Disturbing videos of two female teenagers  boldly identifying as hook up girls in Asaba have sparked deep concerns and outrage on social media.

In a street interview, one of the girls, 16, boldly opened up about how she cashed out through Internet fraud (yahoo).

She said her parents were very aware of her involvement in Yahoo Yahoo and revealed that on her first trial, when she cashed out N300,000, she planned to give her mom N200, 000, out of it but she was ripped. 

Another 18-year-old girl boldly said she left home at age 17 to live alone. But her 27 years old boyfriend is paying her rent, funding her lifestyle and supporting her family.

In her words, “I started staying alone at 17 years. I pay my house rent through my boyfriend.”

She said the highest money the said boyfriend has given her is N1m adding, “I used it to start up a business and for my upkeep.”

The shocking revelations from these videos have since sparked concerns about the depreciating moral standards in Nigeria.

The condition of these teen girls is a sad reality of the effect of failed parenting stemming from the harsh economy in the nation which has pushed people into many vices in order to survive.
