The ingredients listed for the delicacy include: cabbage, quaker oats and water; just three ingredients.

Cut your cabbage into smaller pieces

Rinse thoroughly

Assemble diced cabbage, Quaker oat and water into a blender and blend till it is smooth.

Step four:

Pour your blended Cabbage mix into a pot and keep stirring.

Step five:

Bring down from the fire when it has come together into your normal fufu mold.

Cabbage Fufu is ready! Enjoy with any soup of your choice!
