Yinka Ogunde said: “May her soul rest in peace. I believe that we are living through a very challenging time and it is important to know what stress, tension, anxiety, sadness and other negative emotions can do to the body. People may even feel alright, meanwhile the body is breaking down. Take time to laugh, short breaks, take SM breaks, practice gratitude, have an inner circle that you can simply chill with. It is certainly a very stressful time.”

Prayer Orlunwo said: “People are stressed out, don’t wait until you are physically worn out to take that needed break. Truth is our body speaks to us but oftentimes we are too focused on the things we have to do and so we neglect what the body needs. Please rest from mental and physical exhaustion.”

Chinedu Ojijieme advised: “Engage in regular exercise. The entire body system (especially the heart) requires exercise.”

Victor Baba said: “With this Tinubu’ Speech… May we not Slump and Die! Why Won’t people slump and die?! What kind of address-less speech is this? What issue has he addressed? Things even became worse and more expensive during the Protest than before…”

Hope Chinweudo Uchenna said: “People should take their Blood pressure, cholesterol level, and sugar level check serious these things has been the leading cause of death presently.”
