Two Miraculously Survive As Commercial Bus Rams Into Trailer  (video)

Two passengers have been miraculously rescued after they got trapped in an accident that occurred between a commercial bus (Danfo) and a trailer in Lagos, in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

According to X user, @NeroChello, the accident occured at Ojota inward Maryland, Lagos, when the commercial bus from Mile 12 ran into the moving trailer.

Videos shared by the X user showed the bus completely crushed under the trailer as passersby expressed shock.

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LATSMA), confirming the accident via its official X handle said,

“A vanagon bus loaded with vegetable (Igu) ran into a containerised vehicle which had already rammed through a Jersey barrier.

“Two passengers were trapped in the vanagon bus and have been rescued alive by LASTMA personnel and other emergency responders other emergency responders.

“Another loaded tanker also ran into barrier at the same spot.All the aforementioned happened inward Maryland from New Garage. Always drive cautiously at all times.”

A video also shared by LATSMA on its X handle, captured a huge crowd around the two  surviving passengers while they were gently pulled out of the crushed bus.
