Popular Nigerian Crossdresser Gruesomely Murdered In Abuja

A Nigerian Crossdresser popularly known as “Abuja Area Mama” has been murdered by unknown persons in Abuja. 

According to reports, His lifeless body was found lying along Katampe Mabuchi expressway in the FCT in the early hours of Thursday morning.

In the viral photos that surfaced on social media, the crossdresser was seen lifeless and covered with bruises sustained from the alleged beating he received before passing away.

Confirming the incident to LIB, the spokesperson of the FCT command, SP Josephine Adeh, said: “It is true. We received a distress call of a dead body lying of an unknown lady found at Katampe Mabuchi expressway. It was when the police arrived at the scene that we discovered that it was a man in full fernale attire with blood all over his face”

Adeh said his body was taken to the hospital where he was confirmed d£ad.

She mentioned that the FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Benneth C. Igweh, has promptly ordered a thorough and discreet investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding his death. Updates on this matter will be communicated in due course.

Area Mama’s death is coming barely a year after he was publicly assaulted during one of his outings in the nation’s capital.

The crossdresser had narrated how a group of men beat him after having a dispute with a taxi driver who patronized his services.
