National Outrage As APC Demands Arrest Of Popular Skit Maker Who Exposed Corruption

The APC has called for the arrest of influential northern comic Skit Maker, Dan Bello over his pubic exposure of a top-ranking party chieftain in Kano alleged to have stolen billions of naira from the public treasury while the party was in power, but the public is equally outraged by the party’s demand.

The All Progressives Congress, APC has sparked outrage on social media after the Kano State chapter of the party called for the arrest of influential northern comic Skit Maker, Dan Bello over his exposure of alleged theft of public funds by a commissioner who served in the Dr Abdullahi Ganduje administration. .

Dan Bello, an American and Nigerian citizen, is a fearless comic skit maker, vocal in his unapologetic criticisms of corruption in Nigeria.

In a satirical skit video released on his official handle on X,  Sunday, he claimed the former Kano commissioner stole N10 billion in public funds.

The video showed documents and receipts to push forward his claims.

Many Nigerians have since flooded the comments to throw support behind Dan Bello while reacting to the big discoveries made by him in the video.

This development has pushed Dan Bello to the first on the topics trending on X at the time of filing this report.

GWG.ng reports that Dan Bello, whose real name is Bello Galadanchi, is not just a skit maker but a PhD holder who teaches a kindergarten class at a school in China.

An APC member identified as @jibreelKhalil on X had also come under fire after he classified Dan Bello’s kindergarten job as degrading.

He tweeted, “I will burn my certificate to ashes the day I acquire PhD and end up teaching kindergarten pupils. It’s a degradation of honor. At least, respect the certificate. Haba!!”

However, netizens quickly flooded the comments to knock the X user while defending Dan Bello.
