Funsho Adeoti’s return comes after a tumultuous period in her personal life. In 2022, Mercy Aigbe made headlines when she publicly revealed her relationship with Kazim Adeoti, who shares four children with Funsho. The revelation sparked widespread criticism and backlash, yet the couple’s relationship has continued to grow stronger.

Last year, Funsho Adeoti opened up about the pain of her broken marriage, noting that February 15th would have marked her and Kazim’s 20th wedding anniversary. Despite the separation, she expressed gratitude for life and faith that things would eventually improve.

Clarifying her marital status, Funsho revealed that while she and Kazim are separated, they are not officially divorced, which is why she still acknowledges their anniversary.

In 2022, she made headlines again when she publicly called out Kazim and Mercy Aigbe, demanding that they remove all photos from the home she partly owns. Funsho expressed regret over her marriage and vowed to speak her truth. Kazim responded by denying her claims, asserting that he built the house entirely on his own and that Mercy Aigbe had contributed to furnishing it.

Funsho Adeoti’s return to Nigeria and her reflective message suggest a new chapter in her life, as she continues to navigate her journey with grace and resilience.
