TG Omori Counters Portable, Says He Got Support From Colleagues
Music video director Thankgod Omori, popularly known as TG Omori, has denied claims by controversial singer Portable about the lack of support from Nigerian celebrities during his ongoing health issues.
Portable had criticized Nigerian celebrities, saying they did not offer financial help or organ donations to TG Omori, who reportedly went through a failed kidney transplant. Portable contrasted this with the financial aid given to cross-dresser Bobrisky during his legal troubles.
TG Omori, however, responded through his X (formerly Twitter) account to set the record straight. He expressed that his colleagues and friends have been supportive long before his health condition became public knowledge.
“All I needed was your prayers, moral support, and love, and this I am grateful to have gotten in abundance,” TG Omori stated.
He also advised the public not to believe false stories, saying, “The industry and friends have been solidly behind me months before it all came public. Please ignore the clout desperate dogs. Jesus is king.”
