Man Opens Up On How Christianah’s Killer Almost Killed His Sister

A man identified as @DammyShittu_ on X has taken to his handle to open up on how his sister escaped from being the next victim of Christianah Idowu’s killer, Ayomide Adeleye.

The man, who grew up with both Ayomide and Christianah, shared screenshots of chats between sister and Ayomide which  made him believe Ayomide also tried to prey on his sister.

The man tweeted, “You know what’s crazy? My sister would have been his next victim. He kept asking when she would come home. He asked for updates about Christianah when she was abducted; If they’ve found her. He even asked about me from my sister. Ayo had the guts!!

Wailing for Christianah, he wrote, “She’s gone. She was murdered. Killed and buried. She didn’t have to die. She didn’t do anything wrong.  She was your friend. She was your church member. We all grew up together. Ayomide Adeleye, why did you take h⁷er life!”

GWG.ng earlier reported that the 23-year-old Ayomide fingered in the abduction and murder of 300-level student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Christianah Idowu, had been handed over to the Lagos State Police by the Nigerian army.

The police equally disclosed that the police have commenced Investigations into Christianah’s murder.

Nigerians have expressed high expectations that the Police will be thorough in its investigations and the perpetrator brought to book.
