Peter Obi Blamed As Reno Omokri’s Ex-Wife Accuses Him Of Abuse

Just as President Bola Tinubu’s aficionado, Reno Omokri is wont to blame Peter Obi for many problems in Nigeria, a social media user has turned to blame the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate for the marital problems and media frenzy raised by the activist’s ex-wife identified as Tuopsy on social media.

In a detailed post shared on her social media account, Tuopsy recounted her harrowing experiences while married to Reno Omokri, alleging that she endured physical violence during their marriage.

In her emotional post, she emphasized the importance of not tolerating abuse in marriage, no matter how infrequent it may seem. “No woman should ever tolerate abuse in a marriage, regardless of how infrequent it might be,” she wrote, urging women to prioritize their well-being and that of their children.

She went on to share painful memories of the abuse she suffered, revealing that after a violent incident that left her with a swollen jaw and weeks of pain, she initially made excuses for Reno’s behavior, believing she had provoked him. Things escalated further when their daughter witnessed another violent episode, and she woke up one morning to find blood on her pillow from a ruptured eardrum caused by the assault.

“The final straw was when you assaulted me again, leading me to involve the police,” Tuopsy disclosed. She ended her post by referencing Reno’s current marriage, wishing his new wife “good luck” as she claimed he always desired someone he could control and intimidate.

Netizens were quick to react to the accusations, with social media users divided in their responses. However, one notable response was from a social media user who blamed Peter Obi for the problems.
