Hardship: Man Rescued From Attempting Suicide In Lagos (Video)

A disturbing video capturing an unidentified, troubled man, attempting to commit suicide at Ajah bridge, Lagos, has emerged on social media.

In the video, the man who was obviously fed up with the challenges in the nation, was mid-way towards achieving his suicide mission when concerned Lagos residents interrupted him.

The video captured two men attempting to pull the suicidal man away from the bridge while crowds gathered up and down the bridge, pleading with the man to reconsider his decision.

However, while the suicidal man tried to wiggle out of the hands of his rescuers, they struck him with some punches, until they succeeded in successfully pulling him away from the bridge to safety.

The video has since evoked concerns from Nigerians, including on social media. GWG.ng gathered some reactions from netizens on X.com:
