New Twist Emerges In Diddy’s Baby Oil Controversy
By Benjamin Abioye
The American wholesale corporation, Costco, has denied selling baby oil to rapper and music executive Sean Combs, also known as Diddy. This statement comes after a recent claim made by Diddy’s lawyer.
GWG.ng recalls that in March, federal agents raided Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion and seized various items, including drugs and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil. Authorities suggested these supplies were meant for use in events referred to as “freak offs.”
In a new TMZ Studios documentary titled ‘The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment’, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, explained why Diddy had so much baby oil. He claimed that Diddy purchases baby oil in bulk from Costco.
Responding to this assertion, Costco told TMZ, “None of the company’s US locations carry baby oil,” denying any sales of the product to Diddy.
Recently, Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security on multiple charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution.
Diddy has denied all accusations and entered a not-guilty plea on Tuesday, September 17. However, his bail request has been rejected twice, leaving the Bad Boy Records’ boss still in custody.
