Adeboye tithing apology Freeze

Controversial online pastor, Daddy Freeze has tendered an apology to Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the general overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG over the harsh words he used in confronting the revered cleric on tithing seven years ago.

Daddy Freeze made the apology to Pastor Adeboye after the RCCG leader shook the Nigerian Christian community by reversing his claims that tithing was a prerequisite to enter heaven.

Adeboye who had been quoted in the past as saying that anyone who does not heed the injunction on tithing would not go to heaven reversed himself by saying that there is no biblical basis for the assertion.

Pastor Adeboye in his reversal said that what was required to enter Heaven was the biblical requisite that no one shall enter Heaven without holiness.

Responding to the apology by Pastor Adeboye on tithing, Daddy Freeze in a message on his Instagram handle apologized for his harsh words against the cleric.

He said:

“Daddy I want to appreciate the fact that you said that you made a mistake. You said that it is wrong to say that if you don’t pay your tithe that you wont make heaven.

I also want to use this medium to apologise to you if my words seven years ago were very harsh. Ejo mabinu! Ejo sir!

I want to say this that seven years ago when I came with the message of tithing even Abel Damina was still paying tithes and collecting tithes. It was my message that said I heard this guy but I don’t like his approach but he raised doctrinal issues. So, the Abel Damina movement you are seeing today started with Daddy Freeze,” Daddy Freeze said.
