Popular Pastor Trends After Insane Trip In 3 Rolls Royce Cars, Private Jet

Nigerians were early on Sunday morning raising a stir over the post on social media of London pastor Matthew Ashimolowo’s use of three Rolls Royce cars and a private jet in his trip to Abuja ending up at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton.
GWG.ng reports that the trip was for a leadership conference organised by fellow pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA.
The dramatic video which showed Ashimolowo riding in opulence for a leadership conference has drawn severe criticism from many who tried to find a comparison with the life of humility and sacrifice that Jesus The Christ enjoined to His followers. Many were also irritated that the show of opulence was posted on the COZA church X handle.
While a very few tried to excuse the opulence with one saying that the men of God should not be denied the luxury that worldly musicians get, others did not find it surprising with some recalling the rape allegations raised against the host pastor, Fatoyinbo.
GWG.ng reports that Fatoyinbo has, however, never been convicted of the rape allegations including those made by the wife of popular musician, Timi Dakolo.

Jesus triumphant entry into Jerusalem was on a donkey. Back then, there were horses, chariots but he chose a donkey regardless. All His trips on land through out His ministry on earth he did on foot. I haven’t found a record yet of Him or His disciples riding in luxury.

Don’t have problem in using any luxury car or private jet in commuting your guest or whatsoever, but why showing it to the world in this manner in view of what Bible preaches and how Jesus lived a modest life despite He can live a luxury if He chooses? This is show of SHAME
