Cheers As Nigerian Governor Defends PhD Thesis

Governor Umo Eno was on Thursday morning being celebrated for his academic prowess after revealing the successful defence of his PhD thesis

Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State was on Thursday morning being cheered after he revealed that he had successfully defended his PhD thesis at the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

GWG.ng reports that following what was apparently a rigorous defence of his thesis that Dr Umo Eno returning home late on Wednesday went on twitter to celebrate his latest academic success.

Understandably, he dedicated the book to the honour of his just deceased wife, Pastor (Mrs) Patience Umo Eno.

The thesis on public administration was themed: “Government and Private Sector Development: A Study of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in Akwa Ibom State.”

Dr Umo Eno said the thesis is a blueprint that aligns with his vision for strengthening SMEs in the state.
