While  we spend a lot of time to keep our body clean, there are some parts that we usually neglect that you are not washing well. Here are five parts of the body  we usually neglect.

The sides of your nose

The first body part you’re not washing enough is on the sides like those creases right around the nose area.

Your back

Many are  there who do not wash their backs enough mainly because of the fact that it is one part of the body that they do not get to see and also have a difficulty getting to. It is not enough to stand in the shower and just let the water hit your back.

Your feet

Because feet can get smelly after a long day or a workout, you probably take the time to wash them with soap. However,  you might not be getting the entirety  of your feet.

Inside  your ears

You  need to be washing the inside of your ears, but not with cotton swabs as some people may be doing.

Under your folds

Having some folds on your body is natural, and if you do have them, you must. make sure you’re cleaning the area underneath.
