US Democrats Ponder Future Friday As Blame Game Begins
Leaders of the United States Democratic Party are set to hold a conference call on Friday to ponder the future for the party after the shocking defeat of the party’s presidential candidate, Kamala Harris in the hands of President Donald Trump.
GWG.ng reports that the conference call of the future of the Democratic Party has become more urgent with the loss of the two houses of Congress on the coattails of the sweeping victory of Donald Trump.
The conference call is being hosted by Congressional Democrats who it was gathered have already started a blame game on what led to the embarrassing loss to what some of them lament was in the hands of a convicted felon.
Some Democratic party leaders are putting the blame on President Joe Biden who they lament refused to exit the race early enough to allow a proper competition to size up a fitting challenge to Trump.
Others are alleging that the Democratic Party allowed itself to be entangled into the agenda of the far left that put reproductive rights ahead of other considerations before voters such as the economy.
Whatever, the congressional Democrats during the conference call would be looking forward on redirecting the future of the party with or without Kamala Harris, but definitely with Biden as an onlooker.
