Controversy Trails False Death Reports On Mike ‘The Bull’ Adenuga

The Adenuga family also released a statement urging the public to disregard the unverified reports:

“Dr. Mike Adenuga is alive, in good health, and going about his regular activities.”

They expressed gratitude for the public’s concern while cautioning against the spread of misinformation, particularly on sensitive matters involving public figures.

Otunba Mike Adenuga, who celebrated his 71st birthday on April 29, is one of Africa’s most influential entrepreneurs. His extensive business empire spans telecommunications, oil and gas, aviation, banking, real estate, and construction. With a net worth of $6.7 billion, he is ranked by Forbes as the fifth-richest man in Africa.

Meanwhile, the spread of the fake news of the death of Mike Adenuga has in itself inspired controversy as to who might have pushed the story and to what purpose.
