World’s Top 2 Billionaires In Battle Over Trump

Two of the world’s richest men, Elon Musk and Jeff Bez were on Thursday engaged in an online supremacy battle over their relationships with the United States president-elect, Donald Trump.

GWG.ng reports that Elon Musk who backed Trump with his money and presence during the campaign started it by exposing what he claimed were assertions that the Republican candidate would win.

GWG.ng reports that Elon Musk is reckoned as the world’s richest man with a net worth of $263 billion while he is followed by Jeff Bezos, executive chairman of online giants, Amazon who is worth $209 billion.

In a post late on Wednesday, he disclosed how he learnt during a stay at Donald Trump’s residence in Mar-a-Lago that Jeff Bezos spread the word that holders of Tesla and SpaceX to sell their stocks because of his prediction that Trump would lose the presidential election.

He posted thus:

Just learned tonight at Mar-a-Lago that Jeff Bezos was telling everyone that @realDonaldTrump would lose for sure, so they should sell all their Tesla and SpaceX stock 

His assertion was on the claim that Elon Musk’s relationship with Tesla and SpaceX would lose value with the prediction by Bezos that Trump who was supported by Musk lost the election.

However, Trump won with the support of Elon Musk who has gone ahead to give him the significant job of  cutting down the cost of governance in the country.

The assertion by Elon Musk that Jeff Bezos did not believe in Trump is now trending on online with many reactions.

GWG.ng reports that Jeff Bezos owns stocks in Washington Post, one of the world’s leading newspapers which showed itself opposed to Donald Trump ahead of the election.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump has yet to comment on the online spat between Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos.
