The long-standing feud between Nollywood stars Azubuike Michael Egwu, popularly known as Zubby Michael, and Angela Okorie, also known as Legit Queen, has finally come to an end, thanks to the intervention of Nollywood veteran Pete Edochie.

The disagreement between Zubby Michael and Angela Okorie had strained their professional relationship for months, with Angela revealing that she had declined several producers’ offers to avoid working on the same set with Zubby. The rift disrupted their collaborations and impacted their careers.

In a recent Instagram post, Angela shared the news of their reconciliation, emphasizing that love and peace had prevailed. She acknowledged the significant role played by Pete Edochie and others in the industry in resolving their differences.

“It’s love and peace season, fam,” Angela wrote. “My people, no small thing happened yesterday o with My G @zubbymichael. We fought, and we settled our differences, and everything ended in praise, which is the most important thing.”

Expressing gratitude, Angela thanked God and the Nollywood veteran for their efforts. “First and foremost, I want to thank God Almighty for keeping us alive till date to even see each other and settle our issues. I want to say a big thank you to our father in Nollywood, Uncle Pete Edochie, who called us first and asked us to stop fighting. Pressing forward, you did everything to settle us.”

She also extended her appreciation to other contributors, including Mr. China, Prime World, Rockselly Movies, and their fans. “Rockselly Movies even bought drinks for the settlement. To everyone who called us, including our online fans, friends, and families that were praying for this settlement—una too much o. Thank you,” she added.

Angela reassured fans that they would see more collaborations from the two actors. “We promise to bring you guys hits back to back. Watch out for our new movies. We already have lots of scripts to film together. To the film producers that I turned down, feel free to pair us. We are sorry for the movies we denied you of watching for years. We are back and stronger.”

She concluded by thanking everyone who supported them and wished peace upon all. “Thank you, everybody. May the peace of the Lord be with you all. Amen.”

The reconciliation marks the start of a new chapter for the duo, promising fans a return of their dynamic collaborations on the big screen.
